Compensation standards
1. The degree of wearout period is different when the breaker chisel under different operating conditions,in any case,the length of the breaker chisel does not belong to the scope of compensation;
2.Except for the problems caused by self-forging or modified, Please contact the supplier directly if there are any damage problems with the breaker chisel.
3.The problem caused by the customer's order for extended breaker chisel with the longer length than the standerd length of 100MM is not belonging to the scope of compensation.
4.Due to the raw materials, heat treatment and other reasons caused the quality defects of the breaker chisel,the compensation is according to the following standards;
(1)Starting from the top potion of the breaker chisel,of which diameter is more than 100MM,and the quality defects caused by 150MM wear length below,can be subjected to full compensation; if the wear length is less than 250MM,50% compensation is claimed;If the problem caused by 250 MM wear length below,can get without compensation;
(2)Starting from top potion of the breaker chisel,of which diameter is less than 100MM,if the quality defets caused by 100MM fracture wear length below,can be subjected to full; if the wear length is less than 150MM ,50% compensation is claimed ;There is no compensation should be conducted if the fracture is caused by more than 150MM wear length.
According to the fracture and wear
1. material defects - Compensation
Internal pixels and inadequate steel vacuum degassing cause air bubbles inside the material.Such material will be ruptured easily after the heat treatment.The fracture surface normally like a cut-like levels and the cracking phenomenon occurs along the defective pixel.This case belong to poor materials that can get compensation (make sure there are no secondary processing, forging, welding, etc.).
2.Rod bending - Compensation
Due to insufficient heat treatment led to the breaker chisel bending.Because of the imbalanced alloy compression ratio in forging lead to such soft problems and occurs bending.the bending direction often consistent with the flat sheath tank parts, such problems can get compensation.
3.Misalignment striking - no compensation
When internal and external hammer bushings, pistons and other parts wear and teared more serious,it's easy to make the breaker chisel deviate from the correct working position after it installed,and cause the piston and Rod hit parts can't contact closely in working, result in misalignment striking phenomenon. Breaker operator should pay more attention to the routine maintenance and timely replacement of worn parts of aging. In addition, when the misalignment striking operated seriously by man-made will also led to similar problems.Such aging parts or other man-made works causes misalignment striking claims will not be accepted.
4.Runaway problem - no compensation
When the piston striking the breaker chisel,if the tip portion of breaker chisel didn't contact with the rocks or concrete closely,the breaker chisel slide on the object,broken concrete too thin or too soft,all this conditions will led to runaway phenomenon,and then make the piston produces powerful instant impact force and can not be transmitted to the rock or concrete.Caused the shank of breaker chisel breakage. This phenomenon usually caused by unskilled operation,we should find the problems as soon as possible and make them polished.Otherwise, the iron is likely to fall along the upper reaches of the gap in the breaker chisel and bushings until impact parts betwwen the piston and the breaker chisel,causing both the parts of breaker chisel and piston damaged.
5. Leverage working - no compensation
The breaker chisel broken into two sections, the two have uneven surfaces, and the fracture surface have obvious cracks along the broken point. This is caused by leverage non-standard jobs, jobs oblique angle, or pull operations.The breaker chisel subject to large stress when it contact with the object or the breaker, which has greatly exceeded the range of it's bear stress. This fracture surface direction tends to be consistent with the direction of the pin set, such condition will not get compensation.
6. Tip breakage - no compensation
The breaker chisel have high hardness in the tip ,when we start using,do not use too much force, or directly operate in rocks or other places with hardness , new breaker chisel should be preheated before the operation so that to adapt working conditions.It would be better to play its breaker chisel status. In addition, during the crushing of reinforced concrete structure, if the breaker chisel get stuck in the concrete pulling job will also cause tip breakage.Such problems can not be compensated.
7.mushroom roll phenomenon - no compensation
When the breaker chisel operate at greater hardness working environment, long time continuous combat will make the front of the breaker chisel high temperature,decarburizing and became soft. The right way is do not strike in a fixed point more than 30 seconds. I f the subject could not be broken if the target object, please try to change the strike point. Such problems can not accept compensation.
8.Bending caused by leverage - no compensation
When the operator using non-standard lever or pulling the use, that there is no standardized lever or a pull operation, if the hardness of the drill rod is normal,its very easy to break, but because of and the hardness and toughness of the drill rod need to be present at the same time, resulting bendable, bending direction often consistent with the direction of the pin set.such issues are belong to leverage or pulling operations, can not get the compensation, please continue to use their own treatment.
